Tami, It's absolutely charming, what a perfect word for it.
Bill - Thanks I hope we do do. I don't own it, I just manage it. It is acutally a client who bought it about 5 years ago. They live in CO and are the nicest people. They found me on the internet and set me out to find a cottage to rent out.
Carole-You have no idea how charming it is!! In the summer it is usually booked solid. People love it because it screams, "I am on vacation" but it also has AC and wifi and cable TV and is a five minute walk to Lake Michigan. In the off months we rent out by the month. We like to get a teant from September through May and for the past 5 years we haven't had a problem!
